FORCEFUL USERS.......HP LJ 1320 AND LJ 1160

I wonder how this users are using this printers.

They log-in repair for their LJ1320.

We went in and troubleshoot, found the the pick-up roller arm broken.

Very likely due to human error.

As paperjam, the user would have pull the paper with force and broke the arm.

We sent in our loan-unit(LJ1160) in the morning and just before we close for the day, they log-in another report.

We went and check, this time they broke the same thing but my loan printer.
